Haich Recruitment was created to provide direct, specialist recruitment support across Engineering, Manufacturing and Automotive. The business is built around focused market mapping, real candidate conversations and straightforward client relationships.
Our approach
We would rather understand one requirement properly and send a relevant person than send a hiring manager a pile of CVs. The same principle applies to candidates: we want to understand what would genuinely make someone move before representing them to a business.
Where we are going
Our initial focus is Engineering & Manufacturing and Automotive, with the website architecture already prepared to expand into Electrical & Technical and Construction & Built Environment when those desks are developed.
